We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition. Any items requiring repair may be sent back and repaired at no charge to the customer. We guarantee our products against any defects in craftsmanship. Our products are handmade, so slight variations may occur.

RETURNS
You may return an item for refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom orders are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
